The Compact TR configuration combines a reduced slide and frame profile with a threaded barrel (TR), enabling the use of compensators or suppressors to improve recoil control and muzzle stability. This setup preserves compact handling characteristics while adding compatibility for advanced muzzle devices. The threaded barrel concept in the Delta Tactical/4AMP line is specifically intended for modular performance setups and accessory integration.

Built on the Delta S polymer frame architecture, the platform features interchangeable backstraps, a low bore axis design, and optimized slide mass distribution to reduce muzzle rise and improve follow-up shot speed. The Compact variant maintains service-level magazine capacity in a reduced footprint, making it suitable for both concealed and operational use.

The pistol operates using the SDA (Striker Double Action) trigger system, where the striker is partially pre-cocked and fully completed during trigger pull. This provides a controlled trigger stroke with a defined break while maintaining enhanced drop safety characteristics.

As part of the 4AMP package, the Compact TR variant is typically configured with performance upgrades such as extended magazine base pads and enhanced controls, supporting faster manipulation and improved handling under stress conditions.
